Nishanth B.S. is a seasoned Talent Acquisition (HR) leader with over 10 years of experience in building engineering and business teams that scale to millions of users. He was also a TA partner for employer branding, diversity & inclusiveness, and candidate experience. Nishanth has exposure to goal settings, performance reviews, stakeholder management & resource planning and has managed the overall product management, UX, and program management verticals across all levels. He has led the leadership hiring team for technology & products and worked closely with the C-level team. Nishanth holds an MBA in HR from Manipal Institute of Management, Mahe, Manipal, and an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He also has a degree in Engineering in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
