Nitesh Dewani is a highly experienced and accomplished Principal Software Engineer with over 11 years of experience in building and leading complex software projects across various domains and technology stacks. He has worked with some of the leading organizations in the industry, including Salesforce, Oracle, and Verizon. Nitesh has a proven track record of building multiple technology teams from scratch and possesses entrepreneurial agility, perseverance, versatility, accountability, and strong EQ that have fueled his success and empowered him to excel in any role. Currently, Nitesh is working as a Principal Member Technical Staff at Salesforce, where he is involved in the development of Oracle Fusion Projects. He is responsible for the Projects Portfolio Management module, which handles Projects Financials and Projects Execution Management. Nitesh is a Scrum member for monthly Development Sprints and is involved in the entire phase of product development using Agile Methodology. He has implemented various modules for Projects Financials using Java/ADF and is part of the Summarization, Reporting, and Analytics team responsible for the development and enhancement of the Project Financials Dashboard for the Oracle Fusion Applications. Prior to joining Salesforce, Nitesh worked as a Senior Application Engineer at Oracle and as a Software Engineer at Verizon. At Oracle, he was responsible for the development of the Projects Portfolio Management module, and at Verizon, he worked on the SubNet Manager project, responsible for maintaining logical provisioning tools that enable users to provision ports and PVCs for Verizon Business networks. Nitesh holds a B-Tech Honours degree in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway and an Intermediate degree in Science from the University of St Andrews. He possesses a diverse tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Salesforce, Java, test, Research Scientist, and Web.
