Nitesh Kumar is a motivated and hard-working individual with a strong interest in solving industrial problems through practical solutions using data-driven methods and tools to optimize performance. He is currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, where he is gaining new learning opportunities and expanding his skill set. With over five years of experience in the CGD industry, Nitesh has worked as an Assistant Manager at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where he has been actively involved in pre-project activities, project execution, and sales and marketing. He has successfully completed 10,000 PNG connections and 15 CNG stations, and played a critical role in coordination with PNGRB, State Govt., and Central Govt. Dept. His key responsibilities include DFR preparation, route surveys, statutory approvals, development of natural gas pipeline infrastructure, last-mile connectivity, and up-gradation of existing retail outlets with CNG facility in line with PNGRB's MWP targets. Nitesh has also gained experience as a Summer Trainee at JUSCO Limited, where he worked on A-B-M Road Construction. In addition, he has worked as a Student Placement Coordinator at Training & Placement Cell at the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, where he facilitated and maximized the placement of final year college students into recruiting companies. He also took up additional responsibilities on personal interest, including training for fellow students on soft skills to help them crack group discussions and interviews. Nitesh holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, and is currently pursuing an MBA from IIM Bangalore. He has also completed Class XII from Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali, Ranchi, and Class X from Tender Heart Sr. Sec. School, Ranchi. Nitesh's technical skills include infra, and he is always looking for new challenges and learning opportunities to further develop his skills and expertise.
