Nithya Natesan is a Product Management Leader at NVIDIA, with over 12 years of relevant experience in the field. She has shipped powerful compute capability to famous AI researchers and influenced multi-billion dollar Data Center business through server management and integration products. Nithya is a technical speaker and an evangelist who has led cross-business collaborations both within and across companies. She is adept at building a team of Product Managers for AI Infra and platform products. Currently, Nithya is defining strategies around AI / HPC turn-key offering for NVIDIA's Enterprise Computing BU. She is passionate about building rock-solid PM teams and shipping groundbreaking, usable products that move the needle for customers. Nithya is also a featured speaker at product school, inspiring early career and aspiring PMs on product management nuances. She educates them on how to transition to PM from technical roles, how to differentiate oneself and navigate the PM world, and tips and tricks to handle difficult PM situations. In her past roles, Nithya has worked with #builtbygirls as a mentor, giving back to the community by mentoring and inspiring high school girls, educating them on STEM in the Corp world. At NVIDIA, she grew a team of PMs and spearheaded NVIDIA Base Command product portfolio for Enterprise Computing BU, which is generating a net-new revenue stream for NVIDIA. Products launched include Cambridge-1, DGX Foundry, NVIDIA Base Command, NVIDIA LaunchPad. Nithya has an MS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a B.Tech in Information Technology from PSG College of Technology. She has also completed leadership and product management courses from Stanford University. Her tech stack includes product manager, AI, infra, ML, integration, NLP, research scientist, reinforcement learning, computer vision, and Pytorch.
