He is currently the Co-founder and Chief AI Officer at AiDash, where he is leading the development of an AI-first suite of solutions for Enterprise business operations. Nitin believes that every business problem is unique and requires a customized approach, which is why AiDash's products are highly tailored and integrated to meet the specific requirements of each enterprise. Prior to founding AiDash, Nitin worked as a Lead AI Scientist at Target, a major retail chain in the US. In this role, he was responsible for designing and developing store energy optimization algorithms, predictive analytics frameworks for demand forecasting engines, and image-based deep learning algorithms for visual product recommendations. He also developed a time series model for inbound and outbound volume estimation at Target's fulfillment centers. Before Target, Nitin was the Director of Applied Research at Kvantum, where he provided marketing professionals with tools and services to monitor, plan, and optimize marketing spend for campaigns across all marketing and commerce channels in real-time. Nitin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His technical expertise includes AI, Research Science, and Deep Learning.
