Nitin Kukkar is a growth and expansion professional with over 6 years of experience in business development, team management, and cross-functional team collaboration. He is currently working as an Expansion Manager at udaan, where he is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for tier-2 cities such as Surat, Lucknow, Indore, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhopal, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and Nagpur. Nitin is also involved in building demand by onboarding pharmacy shops in these cities and leading a team of 100+ sales executives and 10+ team leads. Nitin's past experiences include working as a Business Development Manager at udaan, where he was a founding team member of the Pharma category and onboarded over 4400 pharmacy shops in Bangalore. He also worked as an Account Manager at Airtel Business, where he managed channel partners for enterprise/corporate sales and created B2B sales relationships. Nitin is a graduate of SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), where he earned a PGDM degree in Sales and Marketing. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) and completed his 12th Standard in Non-Medical from Nosegay Public School.
