Nitin Mittal is an experienced Engineering Manager with over 11 years of relevant experience in software development. He is currently working at Reputation, where he is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the company's core product, Business Listing. This product allows users to publish business information about their locations to hundreds of websites and directories. Nitin has also worked as a Lead for a couple of developments in Consumer Banking LOB at DBS, Hyderabad, where he was responsible for developing Full Stack Mobile Banking Applications. He has experience working on security features to detect fraud based on pattern matching and enhance security features to provide seamless banking with Banking App. Nitin has also worked as an Assistant Manager in an Investment Banking firm for Back Office on Collateral Optimisation and Data Warehousing Applications in Citi Corp Pune. He has knowledge of developing various standalone applications that are completely owned by him. Nitin has worked with many teams for developing different products, such as Ordering Management System (OMS), Sales Engine, and EPC Import, in Research and Development Team (Product Business Group) at Amdocs. He was awarded as Hero Of the Month in March 2014 for good performance in managing and completing non-functional testing tasks of EPC Import. Nitin completed his Bachelor's in Information Technology from M.B.M Engineering College, Jodhpur, with Honors. He has experience working with various technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Spring, SQL, Frontend, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Jenkins, iOS, and Web. Nitin has also worked on Microservices, Research Scientist, Android, Search, Elastic Search, and CI/CD. In his current role at Reputation, Nitin is responsible for managing a team of developers and ensuring the timely delivery of the product. He has experience working with Agile methodology for development cycles and has delivered projects from server-side to client-side functionality.
