Nitin Pawar is an accomplished Principal Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in Object-Oriented Design and Analysis. He has extensive knowledge of the full software design life cycle, including requirements definition, prototyping, proof of concept, design, interface implementation, testing, and maintenance. Nitin has a proven track record of converting legacy systems to microservices using cutting-edge technologies, which helps organizations reduce time to market and deliver products hassle-free. Currently, Nitin is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Nuance Communications, a Microsoft company. He is responsible for Nuance's Digital engagement platform on client-facing applications and engagement reporting module. Prior to this, he worked at Altimetrik as a Senior Engineer, where he was involved in digital transformation for one of the fintech clients to move from legacy systems to microservices using Java 1.8, microservices with Spring Cloud, Openshift, K8s, Docker, Oracle, TDD, Junit, Mockito, and Agile. Before joining Altimetrik, Nitin worked as a Java Developer at Yash Technologies, where he created microservices applications and consumed them in Reactjs for one of the manufacturing clients. His responsibilities included creating REST web services, consuming REST services of other applications, and working with technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, TDD, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, Reactjs, and Redux. Nitin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology from the University of Pune. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in various technologies such as Spring, Microservices, Java, Docker, Redux, and ReactJS.
