Nivedita Bag Jain is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. She has a wealth of experience in end-to-end recruitment and enterprise administration, and has worked with different ATS vendors and HR teams to decide on the best system for organizations. Nivedita has intermediate level experience in using Workday as an end-user and has been exposed to its functionality from a developer's view. Currently, Nivedita is working as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Tiger Analytics, where she is responsible for developing and implementing ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes using processes and reporting when possible. Prior to this, Nivedita worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Proposal Writer at MSI Corp, where she was responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization. Nivedita has also worked as an HR Sub Team Lead at Gaotek, where she managed a team of 30 HR assistants and three supervisors responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis.
