Noopur Gupta is an experienced Advisory Software Engineer at IBM Software Labs with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field. She is also a Co-lead of Eclipse JDT and a Member of both the ACM FCA and Eclipse Architecture Council. Currently, she is a Member of the Eclipse Architecture Council at Eclipse Foundation. In the past, Noopur has worked as a Member of the ACM Future of Computing Academy at ACM Association for Computing Machinery and as a Committer and Co-Lead at Eclipse Java Development Tools JDT Project. Her responsibilities at Eclipse JDT included enabling tooling features in Eclipse JDT UI for the latest Java and JUnit 5 releases, community involvement by mentoring new contributors, organizing Eclipse events, and evangelizing Eclipse technologies by frequently speaking at conferences. She has also been a member of the Program Committee for various EclipseCon events and has organized and served as a program committee member for Eclipse Summit India and Eclipse Day India. Noopur has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, along with Higher Secondary education in Science from Chanderbala Modi Academy and Secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
