Nrusingha Prasad Pradhan is an achievement-driven professional with over 7 years of rich experience in Consulting & Product Management. Currently, Nrusingha is the Deputy Vice President at AU Small Finance Bank, where he develops the technology strategy for current and future business needs and incorporates emerging technology into the solutions platform. He also partners in identifying and developing new government business clients and projects by providing technical/functional guidance while collaborating with the Business Development team. Nrusingha consults with Government and regulatory agencies (RBI, NIC, NPCI) on matters affecting the BU and coordinates with BU Head and other operation staff to ensure compliance. In his previous roles, he worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Mindgate, where he was responsible for product planning, execution, and end-to-end implementation of solutions in Banks across PAN India by creating streamlined processes for digital payment and strategic projects. He also worked as an Enterprise Sales at CSM Technologies, where he met with prospective clients, executed effective product demonstrations, and acquired relevant business trends/market intelligence information regarding subject tender. Nrusingha has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
