She is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Stoa, where she is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, as well as developing and implementing employee engagement strategies. Pallavi is well-versed in business operations and relationship-building strategies, and is skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Her mission is to rekindle the human spirit in order to create a better workplace and a better world. Prior to her current role, Pallavi worked as a Human Resources Intern at Makemytrip and Teach for India. She has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Jaypee University, and is currently pursuing a PGPM in HR at the School of Inspired Leadership, which she will complete in December 2022. With almost 3 years of relevant experience in the HR field, Pallavi is a highly motivated and dedicated professional who is committed to creating positive change in the workplace.
