Pargab Sala is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with nearly 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently working as a Project Manager-Delivery at RA Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he leads a team of 15+ development, engineering, product, and design professionals in all phases of custom product solutions delivery. He ensures that products/projects meet or exceed client expectations and excels at gathering feedback and requirements, communicating needed changes to the development team, and overseeing seamless, high-quality rollouts to on-time and on-budget conclusions. Pargab has a deep understanding of the business objectives of internal and external stakeholders and evangelizes the product vision, building trust by maintaining an accurate and achievable roadmap. He builds strong, effective relationships with functional teams and works collaboratively to execute the strategy and vision. Pargab works across the organization to help define product strategy and oversees the product life-cycle process, including identification, assessment, design, and delivery of new offerings, as well as managing existing product enhancements. Prior to his current position, Pargab worked as a Project Lead Delivery (APM) at Jaypee IT & Infra, where he planned and coordinated project schedules, goals, and milestones, and made project assignments. He created technical documentation as needed and reported on the progress of the project, adhering to budgets and keeping projects on track for successful completion within specification. Pargab also has experience in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, and project management tools such as MS Project, ASANA, JIRA, and Bitrex 24. Pargab holds a PG Certification in New Product Development from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a B.Tech in Electronics Instrumentation and Control from Jagannath University, Jaipur, and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Manipal University, Jaipur. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his primary and secondary education. Pargab's technical skills include product management, testing, QA, and software engineering.
