Pawan Kumar is a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer and Senior Software Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience in end-to-end software product development. He has a proven track record of transforming early ideas/requirements into market-ready software products and has conceptualized and engineered multiple products in various fields such as Travel and Hospitality, eLearning, Supply Chain management, eCommerce, and IoT. Pawan has extensive experience in leadership and mentoring roles at early stage start-ups and mid-size companies, having managed a technology team of over 90 members. He has developed over 10 products and is highly skilled in managing complex projects and delivering results within tight deadlines. Currently, Pawan is working as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Zeta, where he is responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers. Prior to this, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Rapidor, where he played a key role in conceptualizing and engineering multiple products. He was also the Co-founder and CTO at Acelrtech Labs Pvt Ltd. Pawan holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the same institution. He is a Senior Software Engineer and has relevant experience of 19.45 years.
