Poorva Mali is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and currently pursuing an MBA in Digital Transformation from SBM, NMIMS Mumbai. With over 2 years of relevant experience, Poorva has worked with renowned companies like Capgemini and Authbridge. At Authbridge, Poorva is currently working as a Management Intern in the Process Excellence department. She has been actively involved in an automation project named “Automated Route Mapping Implementation” which has improved the entire process of check allocation to the field executives and routing. Her responsibilities include market research, data analysis, understanding and mapping the “As-is” process flow using tools like Xmind, brainstorming for process improvement, cause-effect analysis, mapping the “To-be” process flow and external vendor analysis. She has also prepared project-related documents such as Project Charter and Business Requirement Document. Prior to Authbridge, Poorva has worked with Capgemini as an Analyst/Software Engineer in a project related to SAP ABAP. Her responsibilities included communicating with the functional team on client requirements, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and curating solutions to resolve issues. She has also prepared the Technical document (TSD) for the project. Poorva has completed her Bachelor's in Electronics from Datta Meghe College of Engineering in 2019 and is expected to complete her MBA in Digital Transformation from NMIMS in May 2023. She possesses a strong tech stack and has worked as a Research Scientist and Software Engineer.
