Prabhat Kumar is a Vice President with over 23 years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation consulting, product design, and delivery. He brings a unique 360-degree transformational leadership capability, seamlessly working through business and technology challenges. Prabhat has been instrumental in building multiple greenfield Center of Excellence seeding engines of significant business outcomes. He has worked across global geographies like the US, CA, Middle East, Europe, India, etc., servicing Fortune 500 clients. Prabhat is an active member of multiple prestigious forums like Global Association of enterprise Architect (gaea), Association for Information and Image Management (aiim), Project Management Institute (PMI), etc. He also actively participates in the alumni network of BITS Pilani and AIM, Manila. Currently, Prabhat is the Global Leader and Vice President of Platform as Service (PaaS) at evalueserve, where he engages with executive leadership and client accounts to ensure a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle (Incubation, Consulting, POC, Design, Architecture, Delivery, and Support). He fosters cutting-edge transformation by encouraging experimentation, R&D, and futuristic innovation to showcase new POCs and provide tangible direction on successful prototypes. Prabhat drives the Global Center of Excellence for critical solution delivery elements like AI & ML, DevOps, UI/UX, etc., across the organization. He also drives horizontal architecture and manages strategic roadmaps for Lego-style solution design using Service/Component Oriented Architecture. Prabhat has previously worked as the Leader of Automation, Cognitive Computing & Conversational AI at Concentrix and as a Digital Transformation and Enterprise Architecture Leader at EXL. He has a Master of Technology degree in Data Analytics specialization from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Management Development Program degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Asian Institute of Management. He also holds an MBA in Finance (Banking and Risk Mgmt) and a certificate in Business Analytics from The Wharton School. Prabhat possesses a diverse tech stack that includes DeFi, DevOps, product designer, AI, ML, Research Scientist, UI, Web, product manager, Senior Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Blockchain, Deep Learning, and Mobile.
