Prabhu Selvamani is an experienced IT professional with over 19 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and delivering IT services to clients. He is currently an Associate Director at Navisite, where he serves as the IT Delivery Manager responsible for providing IAAS & PAAS support for over 200 clients. In this role, he oversees the end-to-end support of service lines, including Windows, VMWare, Data Protection, Antivirus, Patching, & Cloud Administration. Prabhu is also responsible for delivering services as per the Master Service Agreement/ Service level Agreement (MSA/SLA) signed between Navisite and its clients. He provides PaaS & IaaS support for clients hosted in Azure Environment (Cloud Solution Provider) and drives various Service Improvement Initiatives leading to the reduction of noise in the infrastructure. Additionally, he is responsible for driving Disaster Recovery (DR) for existing client’s infrastructure hosted in Navisite's datacenter. Prabhu has also worked for HCL and IBM in the past, where he gained experience in governing IT infrastructure landscapes for global healthcare customers and managing Wintel/Citrix/VMWare teams, respectively. He has extensive skills in data center operations, security, infrastructure architecture, delivery management, operations & service management, people management, financial & budget management, vendor management, customer relationship management, and global delivery with offshore/near-shore. Prabhu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Karunya Institute, where he graduated in 2000. He has expertise in infra and Azure and is passionate about identifying recurring manual tasks and automating them through basic PowerShell scripts & APIs. Prabhu is a vendor management expert and regularly reviews open incidents, product roadmaps, and infrastructure health assessments. He is also well-versed in driving SSAE 16 & HIPPA compliance for managed services and cloud readiness (Azure) enabling operational teams to provide managed services support for clients hosted in Azure Platform.
