He is a passionate and highly motivated individual with a keen interest in innovation and technology. Pragyan is always eager to learn new technologies and apply them to existing setups for betterment. Pragyan's expertise lies in problem-solving, algorithms, data structures, and competitive programming. Currently, Pragyan is working at Reloy as a Staff Software Engineer, where he is responsible for building and improving the core technology of the company. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Engineer at Trefis, a US-based startup, where he was involved in developing and improving the company's core technology. Pragyan started his career as an Assistant System Engineer at TCS, where he worked as a Java/J2EE developer for a US-based insurance client. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Hons from Scottish Church College and a Full Stack Developer Certificate from Free Code Camp. In addition to his professional experience, Pragyan has also studied Japanese Language and Literature at Golpark Ramkrishna Mission.
