Prakash Sharma is an accomplished automation champ, delivery manager, project manager, solution architect, scrum master, and developer with over 14 years of experience in various domains. Currently, he is working as a software delivery senior manager at Mouser Electronics, where he is responsible for identifying and implementing automation strategies for a large telecom project. He has expertise in various automation methodologies such as RPA, test automation frameworks, tech mod, and custom automation solutions. In his previous role as a project manager, Prakash handled delivery from offshore for a large telecommunication client, managing over 15+ applications on mobile and web. He has experience in building solutions for the mobile platform, with a focus on hybrid-based applications for end customers. He has also worked in various domains like marketing, e-learning, and e-commerce. Prakash is currently working on identifying process improvements and building solutions using AI/ML, custom development based on Java, RPA, test automation framework, service virtualization, and tech mod, bringing the required savings to the delivery team. He has led multiple levels of redesign and migration-based projects from start to completion. Prakash holds an EPGBM degree in Global Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Information Technology from the United Business Institutes - Brussels. He also holds a BE degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He has a strong tech stack that includes senior software engineer, SDET, test, mobile, AI, Java, ML, and web. Prakash is a motivator and ideator who leads and learns with teams from planning, scheduling, assigning, developing, and completing apps at various development levels.
