Prakshal is an experienced Country Manager for South East Asian Markets currently working at timwetech. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he has worked in a variety of roles in different companies. Prakshal's previous role was as a Market Development Manager for South East Asia at IMImobile, where he was responsible for global marketing strategy, operations, and teams. IMImobile is an award-winning provider of cloud communications software and solutions that enable enterprises to integrate and utilize the potential of digital channels and mobile technology to deliver smarter customer engagement. Prior to IMImobile, Prakshal worked as a Summer Intern at PepsiCo, where he played a key role in transforming Delhi to have the best in-store visibility in 2013. He also led the distribution expansion for PepsiCo by adding a sub-distributor network, which was previously opposed by the distributor association. Prakshal successfully led the best-ever executions for the launch of Tropicana Juices, which today grosses one of the highest volumes nationally for these brands. He also led the automation of sales ordering systems with the company technology of HHD and SAMNA, which were previously a non-starter in Delhi for more than 5 years due to several resistance from the distributors. Prakshal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Operations from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
