Pramod Prasanna is a seasoned and customer-obsessed product owner/manager with a passion for creating simple products that solve customer needs in an efficient way. With over 13 years of relevant experience, he is comfortable building deep technical products/services as well as end-user facing products. Pramod has experience working across multiple domains such as healthcare, supply chain, mobility, taxation, equities, and more. He is well-versed in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe development and has been involved in establishing teams and practices around it from scratch. Currently, Pramod works as a Product Manager at EY, where he is working on the digital transformation of EY's multi-million-dollar People Mobility business. He is one of the first members of this team and is transforming the current manual processes into a highly automated software solution leveraging the latest technologies to enable a reduction in cost-to-serve. Pramod has also built a highly scalable, reliable, EY-ecosystem compliant Azure-based centralized authorization service supporting both RBAC & ABAC. This can be easily integrated into any EY product, providing significant cost benefits over other OOB solutions. Additionally, he has owned a part of a large-scale digital transformation of EY's Supply chain business and set the broad vision and business case for an EY-wide technology platform. Prior to EY, Pramod worked at Philips Healthcare as a Product Owner and Technical Specialist. As a Product Owner, he owned multiple cloud-based, big-data-driven products aimed at reactive, predictive & pro-active maintenance of Philips Medical devices. He worked with multiple scrum teams to realize the products. As a Technical Specialist, he worked as a software developer building solutions to service Philips Medical systems. He worked on building several pieces of a large-scale medical device service platform and on technical integration and adoption of the platform for several different business units. Pramod holds an Executive General Management Program (EGMP) degree from IIM and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. His tech stack includes product management, Azure, integration, and software engineering. Pramod loves challenges and enjoys the journey of taking an idea from a concept to an actual product.
