Prasad Padiyar is a Technical Leader and Software Architect at Nokia Networks with over 15 years of experience in the field. He is experienced in managing teams and designing solutions to solve complex problems. Prasad has a passion for software development and has worked with various programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Shell. Currently, Prasad works as a Technical Lead and Software Architect under the FrontHaul Gateway (FHGW) tribe at Nokia. His responsibilities include designing and developing modules to interact with Broadcom chipset for enabling CPRI and Ethernet protocols. He has also designed the Configuration Management, Fault Management, and Performance Management models for his team. Prasad plays a key role in developing and reviewing designs from his peers to ensure high-quality software. Prior to working at Nokia, Prasad worked as a Software Engineer at Siemens and was responsible for design, development, and enhancements on many of the components. He was also responsible for resolving bugs arising at customer sites. Prasad also worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro, where he developed software for the project and performed integration and module testing. Prasad holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He has experience in senior software engineering, software engineering, product management, Python, C, test, and integration. Prasad is passionate about software development and intends to take up the role of Development Manager in the future.
