Prasanna S is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 16 years of experience in the software industry. Currently, he is working with IBM-India Software Labs as an Engineering Manager, leading a team of high-skilled Android and backend engineers. His primary focus for the last 8 years has been on Enterprise Mobility Management solutions for Android devices. Prasanna is responsible for product roadmap, project planning, resource management, and scenario ownership for the deliverables from the Android team. He has successfully managed complex projects with global implementation and rapidly evolving requirements. He is skilled in building product roadmaps for the Android team, working with offering managers, customer support teams, and OEMs. Prasanna has extensive experience in agile software development using SCRUM methodology and has been working in SCRUM for more than 5 years. He has excellent communication skills and a record of coordination between globally located teams. He is proactive in monitoring applications, environment, and troubleshooting issues to ensure no impact to customers. Prasanna has overseen the hiring process from reviewing profiles to rolling out offers.
