Prashant Kadam is an experienced Sr. CFD Consultant with a total of 8.5 years of experience in the field of CFD as an Application Engineer and Developer. He is currently working with Capgemini India Ltd and is deputed at John Deere as Sr. CFD Consultant, working with the harvester team. Prashant has completed his MTech in Heat Power Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, which is one of the best universities in India. He has also completed his MBA from Welingkar Institute Mumbai with first-class. Prashant started his career with BEHR Engineering Services, Pune, as Sr. CFD Engineer with the Engine Cooling team. He performed CFD analysis of various engine cooling components like radiator, CAC, EGR. He has also worked previously with Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. Pune as Executive CFD Engineer, where he individually handled the projects of filters and air intake system analysis. Prashant has completed his Master's project in Zeus Numerix Pvt. Ltd., where he wrote a code using the SIMPLE algorithm and validated it with experimental results, finding good agreement in the results. He is currently developing the code for solving the NS equation by using the Lattice Boltzmann Method and developing the methodology for the acoustic analysis in the AIS. Prashant has a relevant experience of 9.87 years and is a specialist in CFD. He has a strong educational background and has worked with reputed companies in the industry.
