He is currently the VP of Engineering at eTeam INC, a leading Managed Services Division that helps global software companies with software development, testing, automation, and DevOps. Prashant's expertise lies in staffing, contractor, and SOW projects, and he is passionate about driving new ideas for product quality improvement. Prashant is also a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Crenexa Technologies, which was recently acquired by eTeam INC. He successfully built an online consulting platform for psychologists and dietitians, which included building a two-sided marketplace SaaS-based platform. He has hands-on experience in adapting Agile processes in a dedicated QA team across the site and is well-versed in managing outsourcing engineering projects and vendor relations. Prashant is a visionary leader who is passionate about employee relations and engagement events. He has rich experience in building high-performing team culture by implementing various innovative ideas to inspire and motivate the team. He is proficient with the NPS (Net Promoter Score) concept and was the champion for one of the products. Prashant is a speaker at conferences on Quality Engineering and Agile Leadership, and he has submitted a few invention disclosures on technology, with one as a publication and one as a trade secret. He holds an MS degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Prashant's past experience includes being the Founder and CEO of Crenexa Technologies and the Founder Director of Vorbicon, a next-generation online consulting platform.
