Prashanth Aditya Susarla is a seasoned technology leader with over 17 years of experience in engineering, product management, and technology leadership. He has worked with a variety of venture-backed global and Indian tech startups, where he has demonstrated his expertise in payments, RFID, retail SaaS, and e-retail. Prashanth has a proven track record of packaging and delivering product and tech innovation as real, differentiated value to customers in multiple geographies, including India, the US, Japan, and Europe. He played a key role in taking PayU Payments (India) to market leadership and profitability, and has advised several young startups in the fin-tech space on their technology strategy, technology org design, platform architecture, product roadmap, and regulatory needs. Currently working as a Bain External Advisor, Prashanth has also served as a Technopreneur in Residence at Artpark and as a Fractional CTO for several companies, including a fast-growing global challenger bank, a payments leader in India, a global wealth-tech/robo-advisory startup, a health-tech firm, a lending-tech firm, and a few others. Prashanth has a diverse educational background that includes a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur, an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance from ISB, and an ongoing Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a lifelong learner who is passionate about research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in technology. With a relevant experience of 16.11 years, Prashanth is a senior software engineer, research scientist, and product manager who is committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
