Pratik Jajal is a Technical Services Specialist at IBM with 9.36 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He is responsible for taking care of tools transition at monitoring perspective, writing ASD and conducting KT sessions, being a part of cab call to present any change from monitoring perspective, taking care of BAU tasks, performing POC on Science Logic, SolarWinds IPAM, SolarWinds Syslog, preparing documents to troubleshoot for BAU team, expertise on installation, configuration, and upgradation of SolarWinds application, guiding team whenever they are stuck or have any issues, experience using Wireshark, and participating in an on-call rotation with other support team members. Pratik has successfully completed the transition for one of the projects and handed it over to the BAU team. He has also worked with motadata as a Network & Support Engineer and provided support for monitoring products to customers, managed infra machines using VMware ESXI, managed Firewall and Switches of local infra system, and managed local servers like AD, Linux, and Databases. He has also worked with J-Info Technologies as a Technical Support Executive and led a team, managed billing part, configured Linux/Windows server with installation control panels, managed backup verification task for Windows and Linux server for local and cloud location, and provided live support to clients via LiveZilla Live Chat Software. Pratik holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from IGNOU with a specialization in Information Technology. He also completed his 12th grade from Shree Lal Bahadur Shashtri Vidhyalaya with English and Mathematics as his field of study. Pratik's tech stack includes infra and web-related technologies.
