Pratik Joshi is a highly skilled Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a certified PRINCE2® and CSM® professional, as well as an AWS-SAA expert. Currently, he is working as a Project Development Manager at IBM. Pratik has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from requirement gathering to product delivery. He has extensive experience in resource management, employee reviews, hiring, and training new resources on existing products and design. He is also adept at helping customers in identifying MVP and defining MoSCoW for the product/project. As a Project Manager, Pratik is responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing the overall architecture of products. He is skilled in creating technical requirements from business or function requirements and responding to customer RFP and RFI for new projects. He also tracks existing issues and defects, attends Scrum meetings, and ensures that QA processes are followed for each delivery cycle.
