Pratik Mokashi is a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for building companies and connecting people. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, he has developed a keen understanding of hiring, talent acquisition, management, payroll, client servicing, delivery, and operations management. After completing his Engineering degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, he gained valuable experience working in the US travel process and as a project manager at Profile Options Managing Groups (POMG). He then founded Wrap'Zyners, an entity that provided automotive personalization solutions, before shutting operations in 2015. Pratik is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Talhive, a company based in Pune that focuses on solving HR management issues for businesses. Talhive offers services such as recruitment, executive hiring, payroll management, HR hierarchy, training, and legal compliance. He is passionate about creating a spider web-like database that connects people across domains and helps them grow. As an avid biker, Pratik loves racing through life, challenging hurdles, and emerging as a winner. He believes that his love for biking has taught him valuable life lessons that he applies in his professional life. He is a people person and enjoys networking and connecting with others. Pratik's education includes an Engineer's degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, an Associate's degree in Science from Aabasaheb Garware College, and a High School degree from Abhinav Vidyalay.
