Rachana Naik is a highly experienced Business Analyst and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® with over 10 years of experience in end-to-end business analysis, project implementation, and agile practices. She has worked on diverse technological practices including web applications and mobile applications in finance, CRM, Supply Chain, logistics, and healthcare domains. As a Business Analyst, Rachana's role involves consulting on the scope of work, understanding business needs, assessing the impact of those needs, performing gap analysis, capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements and providing optimal solutions. She is skilled in requirements elicitation by interacting with the SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) and stakeholders to understand and document business processes. Rachana has experience in delivering functional specifications, design documents, business process workflow, and related documentation for new development projects and/or enhancement and modification requests. She is also proficient in designing and developing use cases, test scenarios, test cases, wireframes, and prototypes. Rachana liaises between technical and business teams as a single point of contact and is involved in project management activities like project scoping, estimation, and tracking project timeline. She has experience in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and its sign-off. Rachana has also been involved in pre-sales activities like studying and analyzing the business process, proposing a solution, creating POC, and responding to RFP. As a Scrum Master, Rachana educates and reinforces scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders. She creates a product backlog, user stories, and sprint plans. She facilitates sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and product demonstrations. Rachana manages the product life cycle end-to-end, from project conceptualizing through the delivery of the final product. Rachana's area of expertise includes requirement analysis, consulting, pre-sales, system documentation, wire-framing, prototyping, agile methodology, scrum, agile project management, project planning & tracking, estimation, and team management.
