Rachita Churiwal is an experienced infrastructure and energy professional with over 5 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, project financing, debt advisory, cash flow based valuation and return analysis, regulatory modelling, VFM analysis and sensitivity analysis. She has a strong proficiency in developing Excel-based financial models for buy and sell side deals, PPP/PFI projects for a variety of sectors such as P&U (including renewables), and social infrastructure that spans across different stages of the project lifecycle like bid, financial close and operational stage. Currently working as an Infrastructure-Energy M&A Manager at KPMG, Rachita has previously worked as an Energy M&A-Assistant Manager and Energy Infrastructure-Consultant at KPMG. During her tenure, she has provided financial advisory for bidding and financial close of greenfield projects, as well as buy and sell side deals across the value chain of the energy sector. Rachita holds a PGDM degree in Finance and Marketing from the International Management Institute - IMI, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from UPTU. She completed her schooling from Seth Anadaram Jaipuria. With a relevant experience of 7.44 years, Rachita is well-versed in infra technologies and has a keen interest in the energy sector. She is a proactive team player with excellent communication and analytical skills, and has a strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
