He leads multiple teams across various charters, including Ad Operations for Direct Sales Business, Ad Operations for Programmatic Business, Live Sports Ad Operations Control Tower, Client Success & Advertiser Experience, Revenue Operations, Digital Transformation & Automation, Planning, Performance & Special Projects. Radhe Shyam is responsible for the Digital Ads Business and has been instrumental in driving the growth of the company. Prior to his current role, Radhe Shyam was the AVP & National Operations Head at Swiggy, the largest hyperlocal on-demand food and grocery delivery company in India. He was responsible for managing Delivery Operations across all the 500+ cities in India, and led Delivery Operations team through a massive scale-up journey during this stint. He was the owner for all BAU Delivery Operations metrics, across all cities in India, and provided leadership for various Central Operations Teams in the Bangalore HQ, and Regional Operations Teams across the country. Radhe Shyam also worked as Manager, Global Community Operations at Meta (formerly Facebook), where he led a high-performance cross-functional team working on formulating, executing & optimizing Customer Experience Strategy & Operations in the area of Trust & Safety, for Facebook & Instagram globally. He formulated the vision, strategy and an action plan to revamp the traditional Customer Experience/Support model to provide empathetic & scalable support to 5 million+ FB & IG users/month, in the area of Trust & Safety. Radhe Shyam has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics from JNTU. He has also pursued a trimester (4 months) of his MBA in Germany under the Student Exchange Programme. He has relevant experience of 12.52 years.
