He holds a PGDM in Strategic Marketing and Communication from MICA, Ahmedabad, and has over 5 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Brand Lead at Yoga Bar (Sprout Life Foods), where he leads the Brand & Content team and is responsible for giving the brand a unique identity & tonality. He has successfully managed end-to-end new product development and launch for 10+ new products and has delivered 50% growth in ARR in the past 6 months. Raghav has also conceptualized and executed all brand & performance campaigns for Yoga Bar in the past 15 months and has activated PR to push brand & founder stories to support fundraise. Raghav is also the founder of WHISTL, the world's first mental health gym, which is a mental fitness app that sends daily workouts for your mind basis your profile. WHISTL is a novel approach to mental health, making it more proactive, regular, and measurable. It's designed to help you become the best version of you. Prior to this, Raghav has worked with Viacom 18 as an Assistant Manager - Innovations & CS (Branded Content), where he ideated branded content & content marketing solutions for partner brands while leveraging the entire Viacom 18 network. He has also worked with Tata Housing as the Brand Manager of the project "Tata Housing Primanti" situated in Gurgaon, where he developed & planned integrated marketing campaigns for the project on multiple media platforms such as Print, Radio, OOH, Digital, etc. Raghav's key skills include new product development, P&L delivery, brand campaigns, PR, international markets, social media & influencers, trade & e-commerce marketing, customer experience, and more.
