Rahul Das ⚡️ is a seasoned Product Designer and Maker based in Bangalore, India. He is currently working as a UX Design Manager at Myntra, a leading e-commerce platform in India. With almost a decade of relevant experience, Rahul is an expert in designing and developing user-centric products that meet business objectives. At Myntra, Rahul holds the position of Senior Manager User Experience (BPC), where he is responsible for designing and managing the user experience for the company's supply chain initiatives and partner experience improvements. Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Manager User Experience (Supply Chain) at Myntra, where he focused on improving the partner experience and streamlining offline logistics and warehousing processes by bringing them online. Rahul has also worked as a User Experience Lead at Myntra, where he led the UX team and UI-Kit engineering team to build an internal design system to support thousands of partners, businesses, and workflows of the company's supply chain. He also played a key role in deploying multiple online tools for the workforce to improve inventory health and redefined the whole returns management process to improve restock/liquidation TAT. In addition to his work at Myntra, Rahul has also worked at SignEasy and Treebo Hotels, where he honed his skills in product design and development. He is well-versed in a range of technologies, including Javascript, ReactJS, MongoDB, Redux, and Backend development, among others. Apart from his professional work, Rahul is an amateur illustrator and enjoys creating art in his free time. He holds a degree in Software Engineering and is passionate about using technology to create products that make a difference in people's lives.
