Rahul's expertise lies in roles in Quantitative finance, High/Mid/Low Frequency Trading technology, Data Scientist, FPGA Engineers, Front to back office technologies, and more across several global locations. With an excellent track record of building new business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing partnerships, and increasing firm revenue through innovative and creative strategies, Rahul possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. He is an expert in search, data science, blockchain, and research scientist. Before founding Aether Consulting, Rahul worked as the Director of Business Development and Delivery at Mindshire Consulting, where he played a critical role in executive search in Quant Hedge Fund's and HFT space. He was also a founding member of the company. Prior to that, he served as a Business Development Manager- Staffing and Recruitment at Integra Micro Software Services. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University and completed his schooling at Baldwin Boys High School. He is skilled in Search, Data Scientist, Blockchain, and Research Scientist.
