Rahul Anand is a Senior Software Development Engineer at AppZen with over 6 years of experience in JAVA Development and REST API. Previously, Rahul worked at Barclays as a Software Developer, where he worked on the API platform to re-architect and rebuild solutions using the existing middleware solutions used across Barclaycard. The platform is based on microservices architecture where all the APIs and services are modeled as per Domain-Driven Design. He has also worked with MuleSoft API Gateway to address all cross-cutting concerns for the API like Service Discovery, Throttling, Security, Request sanitization. Communication with downstream systems happens via the JMS queue to communicate with the Legacy systems. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Siksha O Anusandhan University and completed his schooling from O P Jindal School, Patratu.
