Rahul has talked to over 500 HR professionals in the last 1.5 years to understand why tech hiring is a mess. He has identified several key issues, including rejection rates, resume back and forth, decision and feedback loops, disconnected tools, and poor candidate experience. Rahul has developed Intervue.io to solve these issues one pointer at a time. Intervue.io is a platform that allows companies to give their tech interviews to Rahul's team. Engineers from known companies take the interviews on the platform and share a recommendation about the candidate. Multiple candidates get interviewed asynchronously, bringing the recruiting cycle down from 30 days to ~5 days with a recommendation to hire ratio as high as 90%. Rahul's past experience includes working as a Lead Engineer at Deutsche Telekom and as a Senior Software Engineer at Paytm. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from DAV and attended DAV Public School for his secondary education. Rahul has relevant experience of 9.10 years. As the CEO of Intervue, Rahul's key responsibilities include leading the short-term and long-term strategy of the company, setting 10x growth plans, studying the competitive landscape and expansion opportunities, assessing risks to the business, maintaining a healthy P&L, and creating and implementing the company's vision and mission.
