He has also conceptualised the mailroom application to distribute IT assets 24x7 without manual intervention and Click and Collect use case to shop online and pick up parcels in store and ran a pilot in 2 stores of a French sporting goods company. He has led an engagement with an Indian banking major to deploy lockers in branches to distribute missed credit card and cheque book deliveries. Additionally, he conceptualised self-serve retail through vending machines to distribute electronics for a major Indian eCommerce company.
