Rahul Jayaraman is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Amazon, with over 13 years of experience in the software industry. He is passionate about writing code and enjoys the challenges that come with it. Currently, he is associated with the India Fresh team at Amazon, where he is responsible for managing the development of cutting-edge software solutions. Prior to his current role, Rahul served as an Engineering Manager at Gojek, where he led the merchant promotions tech team. He was instrumental in building systems that optimized merchant's promo spending on the Gojek platform. Before that, he co-ran a boutique software consulting firm called Activesphere, where he served as the Director of Software Development. The company was eventually acqui-hired by Gojek, one of their customers. Apart from his professional achievements, Rahul has a keen interest in cycling, running, swimming, and photography. He is also a former board game player and represented India at the 4th Korean Prime Minister’s Cup in the game of Go. With his extensive experience as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, Rahul possesses a deep understanding of the industry and the technical skills required to succeed in his role.
