Rahul Kasture is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in account management, sales, financial inclusion, government relationship, digital payments, and business development in the banking and telecom industries. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Currently, Rahul is working as the Vice President of Inclusive Finance Institutions at RBL Bank. He is responsible for developing and assisting the product/technology team to provide digital transaction solutions to inclusive finance institutions. Rahul has been working closely with financial institutions for over five years, understanding their needs and finding ways to make banking more efficient in unbanked regions. Throughout his career, Rahul has been involved in various projects aimed at improving financial access to both banked and unbanked populations through electronic payment innovations. He has also trained localities to equip them with the knowledge and spread the word to others with ease. Rahul's job roles in the banking industry have been diverse, including streamlining and strengthening financial institution processes, acquiring liability business for the bank, dealing with startup companies to achieve cost efficiency, training at rural branches and government offices for effective implementation of programs, and acquiring cash management/liability business for the bank. Some of Rahul's recent projects include APMC/Agri Mundi Payment Automation, implementation of a public fund management system within the bank, and integrated payment suite implementation for Eprocurement/IT companies. He has also been involved in implementing the bank's Health I-Check pay module at district levels for the Department of Family Welfare and providing business correspondent-based payments for Asha Workers and AMUL Farmers. Rahul's past work experience includes working as a Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions Group at Kotak Mahindra Bank and as an Accounts Manager for Corporate and Government Banking Group at ICICI Bank.
