In his current role at CleverTap, Rahul manages a team of customer success managers and oversees the success of enterprise and group accounts. He has also previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at CleverTap, where he provided services and support to enterprise and group accounts. Prior to joining CleverTap, Rahul worked as a Customer Success Manager at Wooqer, where he was responsible for managing all clients in the Mumbai/West region in the Retail, BFSI, QSR/F&B, Manufacturing, and Media industry verticals. He was also a core/founding team member for BFSI and Media sector proliferation, business, and product development.
