Rahul Yarlagadda is a Principal Member Technical Staff at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd, with over 11 years of experience in software engineering and project management. He has a strong background in all phases of the project life cycle, including requirements gathering, prototyping, functional specification, design implementation, debugging, testing, and documentation. Rahul is a proactive team player with excellent problem resolution and listening skills, and he has the ability to work under pressure in a highly visible role. Rahul has extensive exposure to interacting with customers in gathering business requirements and handling issues on the customer site. He is skilled in cross-functional collaboration, facilitating communications between technical and non-technical personnel, and among customers, vendors, management, and other partners. Currently, he is working as a Principal Member Technical Staff for Fusion HCM Analytics at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for the design and development of Workforce Core, Gain and Loss content in FAW, building new content in OTBI for Global HR, Absences, Contracts, Document of Records, Goals, and Performance Modules in HCM. Rahul is also responsible for interacting with multiple internal teams to get a better understanding of the functional requirements and leading the team for technical discussions and updating the specifications. He supports OTBI HCM customers across the globe. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from CQUniversity and a Bachelor's degree in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He has a strong skill set in Fusion HCM, ADF Objects, OBIEE/OTBI HCM/Fusion HCM Analytics. Rahul is a proactive learner and keeps himself updated with the latest technological advancements. He is also an active participant in various tech communities and events.
