Raj Chandrasekaran is a highly experienced Sr. Staff Engineer at Infiot with over 21 years of relevant experience in the field. He is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at Dell, where he leads a team of 25+ engineers in the Dell Networking Engineering organization. Raj is responsible for Dell OEM/ODM Networking products engineering and Dell Networking Orchestration products testing. He has managed the development, testing, and customer acceptance activities for N series Campus switches, including 3rd Party OS Software Enablement on Dell Switches, Dell Aerohive OEM Wireless Controller integration with Dell Switches, Dell Orchestration projects validation, and Dev ops tools support for Dell networking Switches such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt. In his previous role as the Senior Manager of Network Dev Engineering at Dell, Raj led several key projects, including interop with storage devices like Equalogic, Compellent, Powervault, EMC, and Netapp storage arrays for FC/FCoE and iSCSI functionalities, interop with Dell server adapters like Intel, Broadcom, Mellanox, and Qlogic, and Dell switches interop with 3rd party switch product families such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HP, and Brocade with L2/L3 feature set. He also managed Dell OMNM - EMS testing - OEM Partnership with Dorado Inc, CA. Raj has also worked as a Consultant at Nintendo, where he was responsible for defining and driving test strategy for the network stack that runs on the next-gen Nintendo controllers. He led a team to test and qualify a new IP stack for the next-gen gaming console Wii-U. Raj holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras. He is highly skilled in test, integration, Ansible, and Puppet.
