Raj Damani is a Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the industry. He is currently leading a team of python developers at Innoplexus, where they are focused on replacing high cost applications/platforms used for submissions of clinical trial results (SDTM, ADaM or TFL) and also maintain CDISC standards. Raj has a wide range of experience across various organizations and domains, including Gaming, Cloud & Services, Software Service for Retails, and many more. However, for the last 4 years, he has been working to provide solutions for the pharma industry. Raj's experience in the pharma domain has given him the opportunity to work on a number of projects and products, which have allowed him to develop expertise in data processing and pipelines, pre/post predictions processing, and other challenges related to data. He has extensive hands-on experience with major python packages or frameworks and has built best products for the industry. Raj is interested in challenges to build applications or products with open source technologies or platforms. Before Innoplexus, Raj worked at Calsoft as a Software Developer and at Develop Dreamz Industries Pvt Ltd as a Python Developer. In his role at Develop Dreamz Industries, he was responsible for creating desktop apps using PyQt5 and following the Iterative Model for software development life cycle. He was also involved in coding and testing while implementation came under his role when he was leading for functionality. Raj performed unit testing and system testing after integration and created a software system to analyze a huge amount of data using MongoDB as the database server. Raj holds a Master's degree in Computer Programming from Atmiya College and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Harivandna College. He also completed 12th sci in science from G.T. Sheth Vidyalaya. Raj's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Python, test, MongoDB, and Integration. With 8.03 years of relevant experience, Raj is a skilled and experienced software engineer with a passion for developing solutions that meet the needs of the pharma industry.
