Raj Dogra is a seasoned IT leader with over 13 years of experience in championing IT strategy, global project management, automation, enterprise IT, information security, IT operations, process excellence, and end-user computing. He is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at EMERITUS, where he handles global service desk and IT operations for the Mumbai facility, does performance analysis, sets MBOs, and provides weekly and monthly reporting. Raj has a proven track record of brainstorming and devising IT strategies and assessing risks for big-ticket projects to increase productivity and deliver within time and budget without compromising on quality. He is proficient in spearheading a high-performing team of professionals and collaborating with the management to implement IT policies and new technologies to deliver compelling business values to customers. Prior to his current role, Raj served as the Director of Information Technology & DPO at upGrad, where he led a team of 5 service desk team members, defined and implemented processes for service desk, and provided tier 2 support to local and global users of Integreon. He also worked as the Director of IT Operations & Global Projects at Integreon, where he planned, organized, and directed IT operations and global project management. He handled a team providing tier 1 and tier 2 IT support to Integreon users, set MBOs for the team, reviewed their performance on a timely basis, and designed performance improvement plans, if required. He also managed staffing for the information technology team, developed and managed communication plans supporting the project, and ensured networks, workstations, operating systems, and software applications were operational. Raj holds a PGDBA in E-Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a 3-year Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical from Himachal Pradesh University. He is an expert in risk management, process of identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events.
