Raj Francis is an experienced strategy consultant with a focus on innovative ventures. He is currently working on Digital Twins of Infrastructure, where he is raising an angel round. Raj is currently associated with Secbad Consultants & Partners as a Strategy Consultant. He has also worked with the same company in the past as an Innovative Ventures’ Strategy Consultant. Raj has assisted service providers of emerging technologies in the Oil, Energy, AEC, and EPC sectors, to establish and grow their business in Western Europe. He has also established a 0 inventory supply chain from China and Canada to the North American market for a UAV and robotic systems vendor. Prior to this, he worked with Wegravit SAS as a Business Strategist & Developer. At Wegravit SAS, Raj formulated the global growth strategy for a cognitive engine powered operations platform. He also developed a cost-effective strategy for the conceptualization and sequencing of feature rollouts on the platform. Raj has also developed options to bootstrap, including hardware and tailored offerings in consulting services. He was featured in sales calls, civic body negotiations with diplomatic sensitivity, and investment pitches. Raj has completed his Master of Science (MSc) in Strategy and Organization Consultancy from EDHEC Business School in 2015. Before that, he completed his Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Mechatronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2014. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university. Raj has completed a Diploma in French Language and Literature from Alliance Francaise d'Hyderabad and a course in C, C++ and Data Structures from National Institute of Information Technology.
