Raja Kumar is a highly skilled and motivated Computer Science graduate student specializing in Machine Learning at the University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC). With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Raja has gained extensive experience in the development and deployment of deep learning models over the past 3 years. Before joining UCSC, Raja worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Rizzle, where he focused on the development of ML models for music-recommendation and their deployment. He also worked as a Senior Engineer at Samsung, where he was responsible for the development of Deep Neural Network, optimization, and deployment on resource-constrained devices such as mobile phones. Raja's area of interest lies in the fields of Computer Vision and Deep Learning, and he is actively seeking a Summer 2023 internship to further his skills and knowledge. His TechStack includes ML, Computer Vision, Python, Deep Learning, Keras, Pytorch, AI, Neural Networks, Mobile, Tensorflow, SQL, OpenCV, Research Scientist, and MySQL. Currently, Raja is a Tutor for the course CSE-101 Introduction to Data Structures and Algorithms at UCSC. He has also completed his I.Sc from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Bengaluru (Urban), and Matriculation from JNV Samastipur.
