Rajan Raju is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a strong track record of leadership and success in finance and analytics. He is currently a Core Team Member at Box8, one of India's fastest-growing food-tech startups, where he works closely with the company's founders and leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth. With deep expertise in multiple functions, including finance and analytics, Rajan is an adroit communicator and skilled manager of both internal and external stakeholders. He played a key role in overseeing the completion of Box8's audit by one of the BIG4s and is involved in talent acquisition, in addition to his day-to-day work and strategic projects related to finance and analytics. One of Rajan's greatest strengths is his ability to see the company's objectives as his own, rather than simply a byproduct of his work. This mindset has helped him to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization and to drive meaningful results in his role. Prior to joining Box8, Rajan served as the General Secretary of the IIT(ISM) Students' Society, where he represented the interests of around 8500 students and worked to strengthen the organization's roots within the student community. He also gained valuable experience as an intern at HLS Asia Limited. Rajan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, where he graduated in 2017. He also attended Gyan Bharti Public School from 2007-2011.
