Rajan Sharma is a multi-talented individual with a passion for technology and a drive to make a positive impact on the world. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Rajan has proven himself to be a Founding Engineering Lead with a diverse skill set that includes software architecture, DevOps, and management. Rajan's superpowers include his ability to architect complex solutions for high-impact problems, fueled by his curiosity and skill set. He is particularly skilled in cloud technology, with a strong preference for AWS, and is capable of spinning up infrastructure from scratch and building applications in the most modern way by leveraging the cloud. Rajan is also capable of writing scalable, efficient, and beautiful code in both Python and Javascript, and is familiar with a variety of databases, including relational, non-relational, and graph databases. In addition to his technical skills, Rajan is also a capable manager, able to pioneer and run excellent engineering practices, answer customer RFPs, and obtain compliance certifications. He has experience managing small teams, conducting interviews, and inviting new minds to build the future. Rajan's tech stack includes a variety of tools and technologies, such as AWS, AI, Python, DevOps, NodeJS, infra, Backend, Neo4j, ECS, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Microservices, Flask, Postgres, and Django. His normal day at work involves writing REST APIs, managing his team, designing and drawing system architectures, managing product infrastructure and compliance, and helping plan the product roadmap and scrums. Rajan's past experience includes working as an Engineering Lead and Senior Backend Engineer at Cartloop, one of the best SMS marketing platforms in the e-commerce industry, where he was responsible for building excellent new features and services, creating and implementing engineering processes, making architectural decisions, managing and implementing developer tools, and hiring new team members. Rajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Gujarat Technological University and has completed his HSC and SSC from Green Valley High School and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya respectively. He also has experience coaching at FIITJEE, an IITJEE coaching institute. Rajan is open to interesting and game-changing opportunities and is excited to continue touching lives with tech.
