Rajan Sood is an IBM and AWS certified solution architect with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked with global enterprises across various domains such as banking, BFSI, FSS, logistics, insurance, manufacturing, and industry leaders including Delta Airlines, CIBC, CITI bank, JPMC, FedEx, GE, and ATG. Rajan possesses a master's degree in computer application and has expertise in Microservice cloud native architecture. He has led the design and delivery of multi-cloud architecture such as AWS, AZURE, OPENSHIFT, Oauth fw. Rajan has experience in Agile process, analysis & design enterprise systems, technology team leadership, pre-sales and sales support, estimation, microservices integration architecture, RFP/RFQ involvement, TPO interactions, customer centricity, requirements gathering, and presentations. Rajan's architectural experience includes Microservice Cloud Architecture, N-tier Architecture, Messaging Architecture, SOA, Asynchronous Non-blocking Architecture. He has worked with AWS Cloud, RedHat OpenShift, IBM Cloud Architecture, deployment architecture cloud build, and Enterprise Integration landscape with vendors and partners. He has also been involved in the adoption of best practices of Architecture Governance, technical evaluation of product/Technology, and POC. Rajan has worked as an Application Architect/Cloud Architect for Delta Airlines, CIBC/INTRIA under CRA (Currency, Remittance, and Archival) portfolio. He has led solutions for investment, retail, card banking products for clients CIBC, CITI, JPMorgan, and coordinated with business analysts for clarification on business and solution. He has been responsible for production movement and support releases and coordinating with onsite and offshore teams and stakeholders. Currently, Rajan is working at IBM as a Solution Architect AWS and Discovery Lead Architect. He is involved in ADDR Blueprint Design for the Delta application, working for applications that are scoped for Zulu work on containerize and migrate disposition to be moved in Target as ROSA/AWS, EC2. He has also worked on modernization projects with cloud targets as AWS that are using serverless technologies for Flight and Passenger domains.
